这篇文章写的有点郁闷，因为我其实对idealistic和practical采取了我的一种解读。但是抽象类的题目应该就是自己取一种解读自圆其说就可以了吧？
平衡观点
1.        实用很重要
2.        理想也很重要（After survive）
3.        举了个Business中的例子。（是不是再举个political的例子比较完整点？但是这样我觉得45分钟内不一定能写完？。。。）

I agree with the speaker's broader assertion that people should emphasis the practical point of view. For that human beings are firstly living on the world; without first solving such immediate problems, such as eating, clothing, one cannot survive. Then the idealistic point of view is just illusion. However, one should never overlook idealism, as this will be discussed below.

To achieve success in life, people indeed should first take the pragmatic point of view, that is to say, one should focus on immediate problems. For a man who is suffered from thirsty, a bottle of water is far more precise than Vince's Mona Lisa; for a society is are during famine, the technology to produce more food is much more important than the theory of relativity. The reason is very simple: man is not god; he should first survive before they could prevail. In order to survive, they need pragmatic behavior, while an idealistic point of view can never help surviving. There is always broad gap between theory and practice,

However, as we are discussing about success but not mere survive, it is arbitrary to draw the conclusion that practicality rules. If idealistic views can be totally replaced by simpler options, art and pure theory should not exist; ironically, they are indispensable parts in the world. Although, as mentioned above, a thirsty man is less interested in Mona Lisa, he may become enthusiastic in it after he is no longer thirsty. That is too say, after the basic need (existence) is guaranteed, one may have higher need, and practical point of view is no longer helpful in this field.

Consider the business world, for an enterprise just at beginning, practical actions are eagerly needed for it to survive. Yet, for an enterprise which is not struggled for existence, the principle of it should be taken into consider. For this is crucial for the long-term development for the enterprise. Look at the top 500 enterprises in the world, none of them are lack of its ideal. For example, Microsoft, the top software company, has a sublime goal: Let the computer can be used by everyone. It is this goal that makes Microsoft never satisfied with its current achievement, and to improve the quality of its software. Imagining that Microsoft does not has this idealistic point of view, then when its first graphic operating systems – Windows 1.0 and 2.0 failed in the market, they may quit this field and develop other technology which can earn more at that time. Yet, they did not abjure, and improve the users’ experience actively, and it finally succeeded.

In sum, the practical point of view stands for existence, while the idealistic point of view stands for development. It is true that one cannot develop without survive. Yet, to become better, one should never ignore idealism, as it provides the power for truly success. They are both needed on the way to success and without any of them it is impossible for anyone to succeed.

总结一下：
1．  语言比较清楚，有点小的语法错误但不影响大局。可以适当再多点长句，建议就是看一下北美范文，几篇就够了，然后抄点好的用法，语言之类的，以后每次写都翻开来看，能否用上，用两次之后就很容易记住了
2．  主题句可以再精炼一点，可以看下别人好的主体句
3．  论证部分可以再多点分析与总结性的语言
4。考试时没必要再举政治的例子了 平时可以多些点
