religionist's infinity [转贴]很晦涩
从google上搜出来的,很是晦涩艰深。我粗看了一遍没看懂。有兴趣的慢慢捉摸吧 :p
Infinity is the last refuge of the religionists. They keep using the methods of their psychological intimidation systems, and they bamboozle the reader with their asserted impossibilities. They have no proof of the existence of infinity. They are bankrupt, intellectually.
The metaphysical claim of infinity cannot be proved, discovered, or demonstrated, and never has been.
The religionists are so desperate that they have taken to claiming that nothing, e.g., energetic flat space, actually exists outside the single
claimed entity of the universe, which is a complex bogus claim. Their proof is more the use of a complex psychological method of intimidation than any logical reference to ostensive or empirical evidence.
There is no such thing as an infinite existent that has no finite
existence or properties.
Nor does their method of arriving at infinity work, for that involves the addition of one number to another as a continued process, for example, and that always results in a particular or finite result. If they used the geometrical method of extension, or the addition of lengths or numbers, that would be a concept stolen from the advocates of the argument that is counter to infinity, e.g., the advocacy of the continued existence of a plurality of existents that together are the
universe, e.g., that existence is existing. The principle of the
universality of an operative principle or concept doesn't work for them in that application. The metaphysical basis that the concepts are supposed to identify simply doesn't exist, and if they are counting oranges, or any other particulars, they always count particulars, and the results are always particulars. The method that is supposed to arrive at the universal concept of infinity, and not at a particular, that is, at a finite entity, or particular result, is always a potential that can never be finitely actualized. The Infinite is always just a claim to the imagined existence of a metaphysical something that cannot
be proved to exist. They wish for something large or divided, and they dress up the concept of faith in various impostor's terms, and they still cannot use their claimed method to arrive at the unimaginably huge, long lasting, good, exciting, regal or whatever.
Infinity is the great whatever that is supposed to be found in a series of infinitely nested celestial containers ---- the resurrection of the celestial spheres of the ancient anti-Aristotelian and Platonic Christian mystics. |
