Several decades ago, our ancestor lived a relatively simple life. Their life had been changed however, after the fulfillment of industrialization. Therefore, we have a wide range of expertises and our life has become more intricate than before. In this situation, whether young people should possess the ability to plan and organize has become a hot debate among the massess. As far as I am concerned, it would be beneficial to obtain such attributes.
First, the ability of planning and organization is indispensable in today’s society. As many said, 21 century is an efficiency-oriented period of time. In order to maximize every consequence of our effort, we have to organize every detail of our life and arrange them in a orderly way as a plan. As for a student, the most common task for us is the exams. To be specific, we usually take midterm exams and final exams. And before that, the school or professor  would inform us the dates of the exams, then we are able to set up a schedule of review. By doing that, the time would be efficiently used so that we might add our stakes at success.
With the ability of planning and organization we could do our job efficiently. This kind of ability is also necessary after we step up to the society. We have abound of stuff to deal with through daily work, if we could not carefully plan or rationally organize them, we could easily find our job bogged down. For example, to finish a real estate project we have to make market research to begin with; and to outline the blueprint as the second step. After construction, we will launch the promotion and sales section. In order to achieve this subject perfectly, we need meticulous planning at every specific detail, and arrange them one by one..
Notwithstanding, it is impossible for young people well plan every aspect of their life at such an early age, especially their career development. To plan the career throughout one’s life, we need profound insight and prolific life experiences. However, these are all seemed impossible for a fledging. In other cases, success even come about from some occasional risks. Bill Gates discontinued his study in Harvard to set up Microsoft and finally make himself the richest man in the world. In this regard, the ability of taking risks is also every important to young man.
By and large, despite other valuable attributes young man should attain, I contend that young should possess the ability to plan and organize for they could enable us live a more efficient life whatever at work or study.
