Global trend, whatever the business or economy, have notbeen even stopped by any individual or power nowadays. And kinds of persistentproblems appeared with the global trend require that all nations help to supportthe development of a global university, which engage student of the universityin the process of solving them.

To begin with, current global trend requires the diverse cooperationcross culture and ethnics boundaries. And the global university might be theappropriate school to cultivate such a awareness and action. In such a globaluniversity, for purpose of a common consequence in the same team, a corporatecourse in a same class, and a uniform destination, students from differentcountry, diverse country and religion brief would bring about a and osmoses greater cooperation with each other,cooperation which could be meet the demand of global trend involving everyregion and nation.

Further, it's such a true cooperation that will help solvethe world's most persistent social problems- harmful emission which destroy theozone and warm the earth to a point that threatens the survival of everyspecies in our world, all kind of multinational crime of internet which plagueevery nation, and undue international commerce and trade which, while bringingabout interest, making poor people in Africa country more poor and hungry.Without the cooperation of all nation, these problems can not nearly be solvedperfectly。

Not only would the global university cultivate the cooperation for every student, but also it could take advantage all countriesresource to deal with these social problems which one country never met andthese resources available include academic telnet, financial resource, andbeneficial experience. Take currently severe net crime example, we can learnuseful lessons from the experience of other country  that one country successfully stop this newkind of crime through severe legislation, or one fails to constrain the crime duethe certain social ethics. Also, poor country might even get the donation andcontribution in the research project and development of global universitythrough certain cooperation.

Nevertheless, the global university would inevitably encounter certain hardships, due to it's particularity. For instance, in certaincircumstance, the scientifically research related to world's social problemshas to face the restrictions of government. The nations who fund to developsuch an university might place the restriction on the all kind of activities-specially the research and development for the purpose of severing to their ownpolitics or economy. And such a restriction would invariably interfere with thefreedom and equity of the academic research which, as a result, would notdevelop any available solutions or works to copy with the world's mostpersistent social problems.

In addition, the development of global university wouldinevitably take away countries’ certain mount of resources about talent andfinance, even the attention of society or media,  which should have been used to copy with, ifall, their civil pressing social problems- such as homeless, hungry, ignorance,heath care, and so forth. Therefore, how to balance the relationship is aimportant point.

In conclusion, the development of global university might benefit not only the unpreventable global trend but also the society problems which plague every country. Nonetheless, without the balance of resource and talent, and compromise of countries about its emphasis of research, such an advanced university can not achieve any significant accomplishment.
