Recently’There is a call in the world that the whole world was called for to work together for consistute a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the world’s most persistent social problems Ifeel it is meaningful for world nations to cooperate with each other in establishing an internatonal university where teachers and students from all over the world do together for the good of all nations

Don’t you se ?As the development of the technology and science ,it bring the process of economy of all nations of the whole world and convenience for the life of the people of the whole world but at the sametime ,the growth of the word’s most persistent social problems ---such as environmental pollution ,energy crisis , conflict and wars between nations is like the growth of fresh tree shouered by spring rain ,To the important ,The environment is the single most serious problem the world faces tody just because the public health is threaten by it .commonly seeing the rain forests are being destroyed year by yyear , causing the global warming ,Increasing populaton is depleting resources sre being pollution by industry and at last the Ozone layer ,which protects us from harmful sun rays ,is being destroyed by chemicals conflict and war bring endless suffer to the people whose home are suffreing difficult from conflict and war no matter between nations or Domestic

An effective way to solve these problems is to promote multural understanding and cooperation among the Youth worldwide .Don’t yu know the Youth is the future of the world they borden the responsibility and order from their  parents  and their country ?  just as the heardof our philosophy institute in our college said:the youth is power ‘that the youth is safty ‘that the  youth is happiness’ just because the  youth promote the wheel of history “he clearly describe the importance of the Youth  in our societ . besides  the issue of the world have a quality of worldwide ,no matter it happens in Europe Asia or Africa .for instance ,when we mention drug abuse .t can always be related to criminal network which is aimed at  excessive profit by attracting as much as possible bold desperados open to risk or those ready to yield to allurement to addition such basic defication like jealousy ,avarice ,dishonesty are where most of the social problem root in regardless the differences of nation or belief . Therefore it must gather the youth together mutual understanding and cooperation among the youth worldwide for the world’s most persistent social problem’s
Importantly A global university creats an enviroment for cultivating such an international spirit , a  global university can gather the scattered efforts and studies around the world by providing a professional and united  circumstance in which students can devote themselves to the process of studing and ultimately solving these worldly persistent social problems .

Such a global university asks for the support from all nations of the wold not onl financial support is needed in greater demands .what should be clarified is that ,the aim of such a university is never to reach any one –bottom solution to a social problem . Each  nation had itd own special conductions .violation of the subtle  balance betwwen different nations of such allergy issue like religion should be carefully avioded ,what we need is a deep insight of social problems in different nations ,fair comparison and analysis to find the complex intrinsic essences of  such social illness to alleviate them and mprove the nations and our world
In sum up ,A global university for the study of the world’s persistent social problems iss the appealing of human beings . In order to improve the world everyone of us lives in everynation should put aside the hoslility or indifferece ,and share task with others .
