This assertion reflect some character of law system, while to a large extant, I believe individuals should consider the whole perspective of laws and try their best to follow the laws as social need even some laws are viewed as injustice.

The character of laws is its inevitable to be distinguished as just and unjust by people in different social stages quo. When environmentalists argue for regulations of fishing banning during two quarters of a year, fishers might claim this laws is unjust as it would decrease their annual incomes and their were put into financial emergency. And when government need to recruit lands form national resource construction, populace might fell unjust of the recruit regulation for it force them to leave off their hometown. Therefore, in this two example, those fishers and residents would agree these laws are injustice, While environmentalists believe the laws are desirable and justice for it would guarantee long survival of certain kinds of fishes to ensure the food resource for next generation. and government would view the laws of recruit real estate justice for it would be benefit all citizens of the country and offspring.

In the other aspect, individuals should concerns about the whole aspects of the effection of laws. Back to the example previous we discussed, populace with foresight would agree that either the fishing banning or the real estate domination regulation would contribution to our environmental persistent development and would benefit to national development as well as next generation. Since laws are derived to keep a peace and safety social economy developments, their destination is to protect the benefits and profits of majority of the society as well as following generations. Populace whose property and profits are damaged might accuse the injustice of these laws temporarily; they should realize these laws and regulation are benefit to all society. In short, the means of unjust laws to a large extent are justice to majority of the society, and populace who believe themselves suffered should consider more about national scope benefits, and in conformity to the laws.


Also when consider about the laws in controversial issue such as banning human embryo research used in Clone techniques, enthusiasm scientists might believe these laws are impede the development of scientific advancement, also suspend the most effective way to rescue human from procreate deficiency, yet people should not forget, the reasons to establish these laws are more critical for human contemporary social harmony. Follow the laws is        indispensable to maintain contemporary ordinary world.

Since these so called injustice laws are to large extant benefit to most populations, and are creating or protecting atmosphere adjustable for human’s development as well as social harmony. people should consider in general interests of mass populations instead of focus on individual benefits. And evaluate positive aspects of controversial issue, in sum, populace should obey the laws to ensure the development of peaceful society.
