Topic: There are two types of laws just and unjust, Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and even more importantly to disobey and resist unjust laws

Who can tell me which is just and unjust laws? Different people have different opinion on the same thing for they see a thing from different perspective, importantly no one can doubt that even they are limited to see the thing from the same aspect,, there will be all kinds of result ,due to their distinct experience ,and knowledge background .the same to the condition to that the different situation a man may have

I think it is important for the speaker to give the notion of just or unjust .only under this condition can we require all people to obey just laws and unjust laws

I don’t think there is a specific ,precise concept on the just and unjust laws .as the above mentioned a  law in an area are critical as a just laws but in other place it can’t be sure it is just laws .for example ,in home and in the country ,we all know ,in china in the  past  the foot of girls should be packed leading to a irregular shape on the foot and no one is agreeable to do this but it is the home originating from ancestor .while in wenge period, there is a law on this aspect to save the foot of girls by ordering people not to let their foot packed . Obviously, the laws of home are contrary with the law of country .for the old men or women in the home who are instilled by a traditional thought that a girl with a big foot can’t marriage. what should they do ?

The same to country laws and union nations laws ,country laws made are based on the specific condition in one country considering the benefit of all the population of the country and the whole country .meanwhile ,union nation laws are based on the specific condition of the global viewing the benefit of all nations in the world, they have different position ,one for democratic benefit .while the other for the whole global benefit .there is no doubt that there may be laws of country different from union laws .what can we do ?

Under this condition ,can we disobey the laws and live in a situation without laws? No , it is obviously .because in that environment  ,we have no assurance on our security ,and not to say happy life .If we want to live a happy life ,live a stable life and live a health life .there must be laws to protect our security of ourselves and our family ,to establish a stable living condition and to force us to obey the responsibility that laws give us .so what we can do ?

What we can only can do is to let alone the individual home to protect our group home when we struggle with a contrary condition for keeping our live environment stable, peaceful and health.

I hold this opinion just because I believe the proverb that without group, without individual .no one can come apart from the group and no one can separated himself from the society .so we critic a law just or unjust only from society ,from the global .specially speaking when the laws of home are contrary with the laws of country ,we should choose the laws of country to obey ,and the same with the laws of country and the laws of union nations
