请大家看看,这样的分类布局文章结构可以不可以? 2006 年10 月28 新能源(sun, wind, water)will be soon replace 旧能源fossil fuels (oil, gas…), agree or disagree? (周二作业) Before giving my opinion, I think it is important to look at the argument on both sides. People who support using new resources such as sun, wind, water soon to produce electricity usually give some or all the following reasons. The first factor they argue is that the new resources are some sort of renewable energy, which people can use them boundless without worrying about being exhausted. The windmill, for instance, setting up on a broad plain, can running on electricity continuously. You definitely do not concern about that. The second argument they mentioned might be regarding the protection of our environment. The new resources, which also called Green-Resource, produce little contamination to the around. While the old energy like fossil fuels bring the surroundings smoke, waste water and so forth, which bring negative influence to the environment, even worse lead to illness of people who live around. The third reason is more of a political one. Some countries do not have the raw materials, such as coal, oil or fossil, which are needed to generate electricity and so they have to depend too much on other countries.
People who attack replacing the regular resources with the new energy say that it is too dangerous, both now and in the future. They point out that new resources such as nuclear, may induce a great deal of accidents. And we all know that the radioactive damage will remain for decades. There also be problem about how to store the dangerous waste from the old nuclear power stations, which can be clear away for thousands of years.
As far as I am concerned, I believe the old resources will not be replaced soon. Besides the reason which pointed out above, I think the level of our technology is not suitable to completely depend on wind, sun, water to produce electricity. Since these resources are inconsistent energy, we must budget numerous fund to research them, to develop them, and to set up the apparatus in different circumstance. As a result, some country may not afford to develop the new resource and their technology maybe cannot make the appliance work out.
To sum up, despite of the various opinions about the energy problem, I believe the current resource will not be replaced in the near future.
