Topic: Do you agree or disagree: people are busy doing different things that they can do few things well.

There is often a hot discussion concerning whether people are busy doing different things that they can do few things well.Some maintain that different things distract people's attention. However, my perspective is that diverse things will not bring negative influence to work but will promote people's achievement.

Admittedly,doing different things at the same time are so distractive that people can not concentrate on several things to make excellent performances .If people want to get tremendous achievement in his work , they can not in a position to avoid paying more of his time and energy or even concentrating on such one piece of work.However, variance will consume people's limited time and energy and make them exhausted to deal with things , as a consequence ,they can not be energetic and efficient to do things well. For example, if a boss ask his secretary to meet clients with him at 11 a.m ,hand in production plan for the next month in the same day and simultaneously the secretary has to prepare a speech script for her boss.You can imagine that she may think over the speech script during the meeting, consequently she can not make a good record of the meeting.

However, doing different things doesn't mean people cannot accomplish work perfectly.Although people's energy and time or even money is limited, they can also perform well if they are positive, arrange things' order reasonably , make good use of limited resource and work efficiently .In the first place, a good way to deal these work is to make himself a working schedule which should list the different things that are going to be done and contain the planing time of finishing each one ,and the order of these things .Then the person can do things according to it step by step without confusing.Secondly,when facing so much and different work , a positive attitude toward tasks will be helpful and can make things easily carry on. Lots experiments demonstrate that when a person is optimistic and in high spirit, tasks will be done efficiently and well .Moreover, when people face different tasks and feel confused ,their optimism will help them overcome difficulties.Take myself for example, when I have to prepare for my toefl test and  write an academic paper meanwhile,I feel puzzled.However, I make a schedule to plan my time reasonably  and do things with optimistic attitude ,everything turns out to be all right and I rapidly and well finish these two tasks.

Moreover, diverse things sometimes assist excellent work.On one hand,as we know ,there may be some certain connection between different things,which means that one thing may be the basic for other things. If a person can do basic work well ,he may acquire experience ,master skill and method of dealing with things and enhance his self-confidence .When facing latter thing ,although it may be different from the former, he can copy with it confidently and efficiently.On the other hand,doing complex and variance things sometimes broaden people's knowledge and give people inspiration .In other words ,focusing on single thing limit people's thinking , narrow their perspectives and people feel bored because of lacking of variety. For example ,if the secretary repeats the same daily routine,her work would lack of innovation and she cannot raise new ideas to the company.In contrast, if her boss assigns some different work to her , although they may complex, she can get inspiration from other work.What's more lots of great invention come from different things' illustration rather than scientists' concentration on  some certain experiment.

In conclusion, although some believe that diverse things definitely cost a person's energy and time, my view is that they won't impede a person's achievement,on the contrary, they man even assistant a person to complete them better than a single work does .So ,if people are dare to confront complex and different things and reasonably copy with them, variety may bring positive influence and make people success.

感谢殁儿的认真修改。好几个地方我检查了几遍都没看出，谢谢！提醒的是，用词重复也是我一直没解决的，后来看了几个lz的习作学了点可以替换的词，下回注意！
