How do you get your motivation? How can you make yourself outstanding and distingshed? If these question are asked to the members of a group,the unanimous answer would be "credit".(make yourself outstanding和credit有什么关系?)While some people support the same grade policy in evaluation system,since its positive effect on nourishing(不确定用法对不对) the spirit of teamwork and helping the other members,I pose some doubts on this policy with the following reasons.
First and Foremost(感觉有奇怪),grade can serve us as an accurate and important certification for the member's efforts and contributions to the team.Aprentice,a very famous American TV show, can shed some light on my point.In the first round of this program,16 participants were divided into 2 groups.According to their various kinds of performance,such as persistence, teamwork spirit,leadership,ablity in expressing and so on,the eliminated one would be decided.How can the judge make the final decision if all the members got the same grade? Obviously,although without an actual socre,a just and comprehensive evaluation resulted in grades that beared in the judge's mind,it is the invisible grades that lead us to the outcome.And these examples could be numerous in our daily life.How could the university select students if all the applicants bear the same score? How could the company make a justly evalutaion to the empolyees without concerning the grade in their working performance.

In addition,the abscence of divergent grades will undermine the members' motivation and will.Without any exaggeration,a high grade is an very important and efficient medium to cultivate and nourish our motivation. All too often(用的不好) we can observe that only a simple praise or a high grade can make the members work harder and perform better.On the other hand,few individuals can persist in hard work if their grades are the same as those one who just have poor performance and make little contribution to the team.

However,some individuals may sitll maitain the arguement that the same grade would make the team as an unit.Tempting and seemingly(感觉很奇怪) reasonable as such claim might be,it is hardly ture.Only transient and superficial unity can be achieved in this evalutaion system.When looking deeper,we can find some eminent individuals in the team would lose their interest and impetus in the long term if he/she embarassingly have no way to make him/her distinguished from the common others.Actually, instead of the same grade,it is the coperative spirit that can guarantee a complete team for us.In order to be a great and efficient team,we should polish and cultivate the coperative spirit of the members rather than concertrating on the grade.|留学|签证|TOEFL|GRE$e\7wd^u
To sum up, according to the points that I stated above,we can safely come to the conclution that a justly evalutaion system, by playing an important role in nourishing and consolidating our motivation and certificating the members' efforts and contributions, should be highly suggested in the universities and schools.}
