How to evaluate student’s grade? Whether the traditional method, individual scorer system, or the modern approach, the group scorer system, has its advantages and disadvantages. Which do you prefer depends on your experience, life style and emotional concern. I prefer working in groups and getting the same credit in my point of angle. As we know, working in groups can be defined as “teamwork”, which represents both the intelligence quotient and emotion quotient that play an exceedingly significant role in one’s life. The reasons why I say so are as follow:  
Initially, teamwork, to some extent, is essential to cultivate communication and expression skills. It can provide us a basic way to improve friendship and social associations, and foster the ability of communicate and negotiate. Imagine when you are in a team working on an intricate project, what will all of you do first? Of course, you will concentrate on discussing, researching consulting and researching for the relatively most efficient, effective and economic approach that all of you will choose. Obviously this is a procession full of communication and negotiation, which are indispensable, imperative and infallible and everyone should take part in this job. Really considering what has been said above, we can naturally and immediately elicit that teamwork, as we discussed above, will no doubt make us the final and fortunate beneficiary and we dicussing as a whole, so we should score as a whole.
Subsequently, cooperation ability is also presented in the case of teamwork. This can be demonstrated by the undeniable factor that when I was an undergraduate in the university I was allocated a design of a power engine as a team. First I was confused and miserable, however we segregate the dilemma into small segments, and everyone just do his or her job, the minuscule proportion of the gargantuan task. Finally we just made up all small part of the work and we made it 100 percent success. No wonder it is our tough and unbreakable cooperation that brought us a unconceivable triumph. In other word, never will we obtain the victory if we didn’t have the compete ability of cooperation, yet hardly can we get the perfect credit if we didn’t know the importance of working together.So we deserve the same credit because everyone has in the part.
Last but not least, working in a group can still stimulate the interest of study. Take the case of a thing that in a team everyone should have position, and everyone should have some beneficial effect to others or these individual will be excluded and depreciated by others. So in order not to be belittled we must work hard and pay more attention on study. With everyone study the same thing and working as hard as another, it is equal to give everyone the same score.
All in all, from what has been said above, we can finally draw the conclusion that working as a team has a peerless and invaluable effect on evaluating student’s grade and everyone in the group deserves the same credit.

连着两天看LZ写的文章了，没话说，呵呵，写的的确好，我也尽力修改。
发现楼主的文章结构如下
1、首段对一些可描述的事物或名词进行描述，然后引出自己观点
2、第二段主要是以论述为主，论证自己的第一个分论点
3、第三段论述后再举例，证明自己第二个分论点
4、如果是A or B的文章，写出自己不同意方面的优点
如果是其它类型的文章，写出自己第三个分论点
5、最后一段总结全文，重申观点
楼主的结构比较固定，有自己的风格，有点像破海沧澜提出的结构。本人还要多学习学习楼主的用词，论述的理由阐释！因为老感觉挤不出东西，见笑啦！有空还请楼主看看我的文章，还望多提出宝贵意见！
改的不好的地方还请多多指教！

PS:版主的意思是楼主还要注意我们小组的作业一般在标题上都是选“主题活动”，标题写上COMEON作文小组X.X号作业－sosjune

感觉LZ有点跑题了，题目要求阐述的是此评分系统的合理性，而不是team work的优点，所以应该focus on这么评分带来的好处和坏处。
