Successful people take new things and take risks rather than the thing that they've done well.(2007.3.27)

People often feel confused when it comes to unfamiliar things or new areas. Most of us will choose to follow the pioneers and reluctant to explore any deeper because it's seems too dangerous. Maybe it's the human nature that lead us to protect ourselves in such environment.However,among miscellaneous factors, be willing to take new things and risks are the most important factors that lead people to success!

The word "NEW" is especially welcomed by scientist. It's a great honor to discover a new theory which reveals the truth of the universe. It's also a giant leap for the human to find new drugs which can heal AIDS ... More than just welcome, scientists are actually busily engaged in seeking it. Research field especially those haven't been explored before can easily seize their attention. And the risks are often neglected. I believe it is not their intension to ignore the existence of the risks, it's the delight of finding new things that relieve them from the fear of taking risks. In fact ,they are most aware of the value of new things because working on the leading edge of the field is always easier to achieve success than follow the way people already done well.

Successful people in real world --- I'm refering those people who successfully opened their own business , are often willing to accept new and risks. Maybe following others is easy at the beginning, but it also introduce less competitive to the company. A company of this kind can't survive in the fierce market. Only unique and creative will make a great company,duplicate always lead to failure. Moreover, successful people even seek to open business in unfamiliar field. Take Microsoft for example, today they are not merely a software company. They also produce hardware today --- Xbox , Zune and etc. Just as the old saying goes: Never put all your eggs into one basket! Sometimes you have to actively take risks and seek new things to achieve greater success.

Although new things and risks are often not comfortable to all of us, people have to endure such uncomfortable to get developed. From my point of view, successful people are more likely to take risks to accept new things and that's exactly why they can success.

Although new things and risks are often not comfortable to all of us, people have to endure such uncomfortable to get developed. From my point of view, successful people are more likely to take risks to accept new things and that's exactly why they can success.
