Modern society has become more complex, so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize. （2007.7.21,技术进步与成功类）

Nowadays, some may hold the opinion that it is no necessary for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize in society. But others have a negative attitude. As far as I am concerned, I agree that it is due to the complicated modern society that the young people should be able to plan and organize. My arguments for this point are listed as follows.

I agree with the statement that it is important for the young person to have capacity of plan and organize without reservation since modern society do have become gradually sophisticated even than before. Modern society has been becoming fluctuated continually. This provides a severe and immediate requirement for the young people to plan and organize beforehand. It is generally accepted the proverb that you should keep something for a rainy day. It vividly demonstrates the fact that whatever you will do, you must have a draft or blueprint for your next step. As a modern people, in order to cater for the demand of changing society, it is definitely no doubt to have the ability to plan and organization. Otherwise, one will certainly be tided off by the trend of society.

Another reason why I agree with the above statement is that I believe that with a well-organized plan or schedule, you are tend to achieve a success. If you would like to be successful, you had better have the ability to plan and organize. As an old saying in china goes well that, “The pre-piece stands, not pre-then waste”. This sentence concisely states the well-known truth that the plan and preparation is of significance for the success. Therefore, being a modern people, one absolutely focuses on the importance of plan because when you have a well-organized plan, you have been successful one half.

In a word, we should drive the conclusion that in such an intricate modern society, it is critical for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize.

结构很好，用词很好，唯一缺的就是例子
比如未雨绸缪那儿，可以举存款的例子嘛，人们存款为了防止意外情况发生，比如上大学、生病……
成功那块可以编个例子，比如xxx调查显示，90%的成功人士将其成功归因于良好的个人职业规划……
