Victoria University is a multi-sector University combining substantial
activity in three faculties in Higher Education, two in Vocational
Education and Victoria University College. The University has over
45,000 students, including more than 2,500 international students
on-shore, over 4,000 off-shore, and a workforce of approximately 3,500
staff.

The Victoria University Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Scheme is a
recent initiative to support outstanding early career researchers
seeking to commence an academic/research career. Postdoctoral positions,
for a period of three years, are now being offered across a range of
research strengths, as follows;

* Fire, Architectural Engineering and Human Behaviour
* Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Transportation
* Social Inclusion, Cultural Diversity and Wellbeing

* Telecommunications, Microelectronics and Sensor Technologies
* Water and Environmental Sustainability
