是否同意政府在艺术上投资而非体育？？？
我不同意
1-政府对艺术应该从旁辅助而非直接投资，这样会影响艺术的纯粹性，使艺术发展失去自由。
2-相比艺术，体育更需要政府的金钱支持。
   1-很多基层运动员的主要收入来源来自政府(艺术家可以靠卖作品为生，运动员不可以)
   2-生活节奏的加快，使得人们忽视体育锻炼，政府的投资可以使体育事业蓬勃发展，间接引导人们对自身健康的关注

In my opinion, I think the government should sponsor athletics instead of arts.

Spending money on arts has bad influence. Art, as an expression of emotions, varies from one to another. There are so many kinds of arts in the world that each of whom has their special ways to express their happiness, sadness, anger…  But if the government spends money on arts directly, the freedom of their development will be broke up. That is because the masses, who don’t have special knowledge and insight, will be guided by the attitude of the government. They probably think that the government just spends money on “true” arts, but are this kind of arts really “true”? I don’t think so. They may be only popular during this time or they may be just liked by the decision maker in the government. And all of this, whether money or people’s attitude, probably will reduce some arts’ living space and even make them extinct.

Comparing arts, money from the government is much more necessary for athletics. Artists can make money by selling their works while athletes, well, except some one, cannot. Known to all, a lot of athletes, before famous, don’t have any income except the meager salary given by the government. How many David Beckham can the world have? Without this money, they cannot support their lives, let alone harden their bodies. Spending more money on athletics will not only make the athletes have better conditions to exercise themselves but also encourage them win more honor.

Besides, the support from the government on athletics can correct people’s life style. Nowadays, people are becoming more and more “lazy”. You don’t need to run among places, there are cars. You don’t need to swim through lakes, there are boats. And the faster pace of life makes people not have time to exercise. Government’s support can excite people’s interest on athletics again and again, for example, every four years, there are very excellent competitions between Olympic teams, which inspire people so much from all over the world. Researches demonstrate that after the Olympic Games, people have much more active attitude to their bodies, lives and works.

So, as the organizer and operator of a country, the attitude of the government, especially money, has much more influence not only on materials but also on spirits of the society. The government should think more carefully before deciding which field to spend money on, appropriately and efficiently.

你的文章意思很清楚，可是就是读着有点拗口。。。说不上来，建议多学些句型，丰富一下同一个意思的多种表达方式。简单的说，语言功底需要加强。加油！
