Whether grades can stimulate students to study? Can grades evaluate their abilities? For me, I would say yes.

No stress, No promotion. Everyone has the time when s/he wants to have fun rather than finish the work. However, suppose that, after playing for a long time, you get a very bad store. What do you think? Can you still play without any guilty and scare. I don’t think so. The only thing we can do is to pick up books, study more arduous. Also, students need examinations to review the lessons and winnow the shortages. After working diligently for long, you will find learning is an interesting thing.

In addition, grades can promote your self-credit. In modern society, the competition in every field is more and more white-hot. How to prove you are better than others? Here, grades play an critical role in evaluating our abilities, such as the academic skills, the language skills……Many good universities or companies take marks as a standard to give admission to students. Good marks mean you have been superior to others in stratum.

Finally, marks not only prove your excellent success in learning knowledge but also in learning some necessary philosophies of life. You learn to treat your job more seriously and hard. You learn “never give up” when you say to yourself again and again “If people can, I can”. You learn that “good marks” in all fields accompany tears and sweat. All of this will become the greatest wealth of life and make you to be a brilliant person.

So, marks insurance students can study with great effort and get self-credit through it which lead them to have a good future both in education and career. They can also learn many other things, treat their jobs responsibly and persistently. In a word, marks are the motivation.
