why we should accept the foundation education when we are children, take four years to have the college courses, therefore, still having so many people choice to get the graduated study after finished the college? ultimately we went to society, with the skill for living, have some habit for fun, also, talk with others gentle. Looking back,thanks to the school to have space for us to grow up, with the peers can play with and the elder person guide, a good condition helping us get ready to inter the society. everybody will not deny that the education play a so important role in our life, especial when we are young, then how to make it work effective become a topic to discussion.

firstly, which role does the individual needs and interests play in the students’  education. I agree with that the individual needs and interests is the best teacher for student as that the students will be learn more initiative. people will be grad to pay more attention in something they interesting, as they find more fun when they absorb in, naturally, also will be willing to pay more time. The interests and needs drive them learn better and more master on it.

Then it gives us the direction that learn some interests or needs will be more effective than the things students don’t like. But does the students know what is they interests or needs, how can they know it before they contact it. People always say, only after have some view of one stuff, that you can admit whether it is your interests or needs. and that is the one function of education, to help child get the ability to find their interests, but not just meet its needs and interests. and it will not be easy if the education have been specifically designed. The literture will be more effective to help students innate consideration, the across-the-abroad knowledge help them to comprehend  phenomena in the world clearly.  Having a full choice and some basic acknowledge, building self-cognition, and after thinking of which kinds person he or she wants to be, that the child will understand what is their truly needs and interests well and deeply. and it is the aim of the education.A full-scale education is a necessary condition for person looking for his or her habits. as what I have said, the effective education is not to meet every individual needs and interests but to build a way for them to access their interests, help student have the ability to find their needs. at that time, no matter which kinds education he or she is having now, he or she will be more motive to find the specifically designed education to learn. and eventually, he or she will arrive.


under this foundation, after person have the capability to finds out what is their interests and needs, the education will administer its other function, to offer as much choice as it can to. something should be emphasized, more choice did not mean specifically designed, choice means you can have chance(opportunity) to get the suitable education, not the education to satisfy individual. I do agree that education is a institution(organization), part of society. although it services for students, it also service for the whole society. It offers the workers who have the special skill to make the society, the big machine works. so in the angle form the society, a well-work society needs each kinds persons to set up the structure integration. and it can not avoid that some occupations are not meet most persons interests, even though the society ask for the school to provide such kinds specialists. reflect on the students, the situation will be that, some students will not to choice the things they interests or needs, but the things more utilitarian, the society needs and interests. no matter what reason the students choice such kinds of specialty, the education should also to meet with as it is the absolute necessary.

the aim of education is not only for establishing the individual personality, but also for the capability to make a living, knowing how to communicate with others, on the whole, a person ready to in to the society and know who am I. But I don’t think specifically designed to meet the indiidual needs and interests of each student can arrival this purpose.

语法错误很多，单复数形式不统一，下次写作的时候注意下吧。自己多检查下就能够克服的。前部分看得仔细一点，你自己修改修改了再帮你看看哈。我想质量或许比数量要重要些。
