Modern technology has had great impact on our daily life beyond our imagination, nowadays people have more choices to enjoy their spare time. Among numerous activities, many people choose watching movies in the theatre as their first choice. However, the great diversity of people's taste often bring headache to the manager of the theatre. Some people are fond of amusing movies while others prefer serious ones. As far as I am concerned, I consider that amusing movie is more preferable.

Amusing movie contain some entertaining factors that could make people laugh. Through watching these kinds of movie, the pressure and other negative emotions accumulated in the work and study can be easily released. Captured, involved, people in the theatre will forget everything but the happiness and delight conveyed by the films. Last semester, I fell frustrated and fatigue because of my final examination score. Fortunately,I found an interesting movie called "Kung Fu Panda".It was full of humorous words and amusing scenes which indeed help me to get rid of the depression result from by my study.

Another reason why I have inclination in entertaining movie is they embody some positive educational features. Unlike most serious movies which usually inspire people's thinking through exposing dark side of the life, it is widely advocated by amusing movie to introduce positive character in the film. It is fairly easy for anyone to distinguish good from evil, even small children can not be exempt. Therefore, people are more likely to shape positive life attitude in this positive atmosphere rather than the negative one.

Serious movie urge people to change their normal thinking pattern and encourage them do father exploration in certain social events. There is nothing wrong with its initial purpose. However, some directors go extreme to present the movie into a mysterious way that general people can not understand and appreciate. The most persuasive example must be the Oscar series. Take 'No country for the old man' for example, this movie is not popular among common people because of its complexity and the way it tells story. I believe serious meaning is preferable if they are conveyed in a more enjoyable manner. In the movie 'Forrest Gump', we learn about the principle of life, just as Forrest says: Life is a box of chocolate, you never know what you are gonna get. His word is widely accepted by numerous people including me. It is successful because it develops serious meaning in an easy way which enable most people to appreciate.

In sum, I prefer amusing movie because they help us release pressure and shape positive life attitude.And the most important is that they are usually easy to understand.

个人意见：我觉得第一段有些太长了，有些句子没必要，比如说第一句，又是科技的发展给人们带来了***。段首的作用就是点名topic statement，所以还是简洁点好吧。
