闲话少说 开始：

早8：30 排队入场， 一系列等待后， 秘书收走护照，DS156,157,158 ,I-20,offer letter, GRE 成绩单（ 小插曲： 由于本人用雅思+GRE申请，所以在当我向秘书递交雅思成绩单的时候， 被小秘无情的甩了出来，说道： 雅思，不要！ 可见美国对雅思的歧视到了如此程度）

按完手模，再次等待后，被金发VO妹妹叫道2号窗口：

me: morning!
vo:  morning! how are you doing? (smiling)
me: fine,how r u?
vo:  great! uh...you wanna study for doc degree?
me: yeah
vo: where is that university?
me: Illinois
vo:  where did u graduate from?
me: UESTC, you know that?
vo:  i think so, you got your master degree there?
me: yes, I did
vo:  what's your major?
me: physical electronics, it's maily concerned about some physics.
vo:  what's your research focus?
me: the interaction between paricles and fields...
vo:  (keep typing)
me: I have been to U.S. once and I came back on time
vo:  I know that, I know that, typing....
me: smiling and waiting
vo:  Please give me your research plan, your and your advisor's resume.
me: here u r
vo:  thank you.
me: u r well
vo:  what will you do after graduation?
me: I'll back to China, actually, to UESTC,my lab and work for ..maybe my boss...
vo:  thank you.  typing....
      uh... I think your case needs  a little more work
      (then she give me a piece of green A4 paper)
       you have to wait for at least 6 weeks, you understand that?
me:  6weeks? I am afraid it woul affect my enrollment....
vo:   Do you understand that?(repeat again, quite slowly)
me:  sure , thank you

绿色的纸就是一张行政审查的通知单 上面注明了最少六周时间check.出来后就到指定地点办理护照邮寄了。
其实整个过程很简单, VO 不会和你深入纠缠某个问题，看过材料后，vo已经有数，一定要check我，所以问的问题感觉都是过场，虽然整个过程我避免使用 微波， 毫米波等敏感词汇 ，但是最终还是没有摆脱check的命运， 据我所知， 成都地区ee方向的，尤其是uestc的， 不论自费全奖，最近没有不被check而拿到签证的， 大家要引起重视，成都对电子类f1不是水果之地！！！
