37)Some people think that governments should spend as much money as possible on developing or buying computer technology. Other people disagree and think that this money should be spent on more basic needs. Which one of these opinions do you agree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer. At the mercy of ever-accelerated updating of science and culture in the society,the problem of goverment should spend as much money as poosible on developing of buying computer technology or on basic needs is soaring by the day.Most people agree that goverment should spend funds to basic needs,such as repairing regged facility and perilous house ,support foods to refugee.They push their argue on the ground that updating computer technology should be exert until all the basic problem solved expedient.Yet other people react to the problem the other way around and houlds that the opposite is quite reasonable.After take all the aspect in to deliberation,definitely speaking,i deem that goverment should pay more money on basic needs but not advanced computer techonology.In the following,I will try to make my position clearly. _ To begin with,i should admit that updating computer techonology is rational but not emergency.Spending fees on computer techonology advance may prohibit the leak of clandestine date.With solid techonology, the firewall could resist all the attack from hack.Also, foremost techonology may safegard office computer with no virus.That may evelate the efficacy of goverment working and the walfare to resident and the law to civilization may exert quickly.Thus,some people endrose that goverment should spend money on updating computer technology is reasonable-the goverment should have a benign office eviroment to despatch their plan and work. _ Although the demand of using money to purchase computer technology is obvious,the idea that spend money on basic needs is more essential and much deserved reputation.Becuase inhabitant could not feed off advaced computer technology!One authentic research indicate that the rate of crime has the direct association with the needy citizen.Therefore,if goverment establish funds to furnish goods for refugee,the number of starve people may decline amd beggar in the street may reduce.Also , the crime rate in the city may sharp reduced。On the other hand,the complain of city plan has been a hot issue in some city.Goverment who blend to regard the ragged facility and perlious/dangerous/hazardous/ building may gain the ponderous/might/colossal cost。All the perlious buliding may promote potential safe crisis,like city firing,building collapse which may injure people living in the city.I firmly believe that nobody would relish watching the tragedy due to tenuous fee in repaire dangerouse building . _ It is go without saying that the responsibility of goverment is rising city life caliber and mantian steady public security .People who dedicate argue that goverment should spend more money on updating computer technology but not basic needs should not alinate/ digress with this point.They may rain that dark work back in and pay attation to the fundemental/essential /cardinal issue.
