不是说tamu给钱很多吗？ 怎么他们主页上说没多少钱给international students

We do not consider financial aid for international students until after they have completed their first semester.  Unfortunately, we have very limited financial resources for supporting international students.  Therefore, you should be prepared to finance your studies.

还有要想拿奖是不是得在Dec.15 之前寄到，还是他在international students下面写的Jan.15

楼主注意，TAMU给钱不多。但是他们只要给你1000刀Scholarship，学费就变成州内学费5000多（前年，去年据说7000，我不清楚具体多少）了好像。
所以说……我不明白你那封信什么意思。是指TA，RA的那种可能。
