现贡献我们的case如下:

interview:
Only 2 questions asked by VO:
(1)Can I see your identification card? (身份证)
Sure!
(2)When did you get married?
Mar,xx,2002  (one month ago)!

   (VO is seeing the I-797 original form)

OK, you passed...

documents list and the sequence in the folder:
(1) LP's passport, DS-156,DS-157, visa app fee reciept (RMB405);
(2) LP's original marriage certificate;
(3) My letter to VO, including the document list (high-lighted)
(4) Notarized marriage certificate;
(5) My employer's prove letter;
(6) Copy of my passport,previous visa stamps and I-94 cards;
(7) Original I-797
(8) Certified copy of I-129 and other docs provided by lawyer when app H-1B;
(9) Bank statement, and 3 month's monthly statement;
(10) 3 month's pay stubs;
(11) I-134 affidavite of support, public notarized; (by my bank's public
notary)
(12) copy of my Social security card, driver license;
(13) phone card order history, phone bills, calling history;
(14) emails print out; (about 100)
(15) photos, life and wedding, about 150;
(16) LP's badge, business card, work prove letter;
(17) LP's ShenFenZheng, HuKoBen, Birth certificate;


Actually, VO only saw the I-797, Marriage certificate, and LP's ShenFenZheng,
LP "complain" me about over preparing, while I think it was because we
prepared
so many documents, then the VO felt overwhelmed, then he didn't check any
further.(Of course, we have nothing to hide.)
And I also agree: we are lucky, thank god!

(some background:  I met my LP in July 2000 in China, I got my H-1B visa
at the end of 2000, I apply visa revalidate from US state department last
Dec, and got the visa this Feb, then I came back home for 3 weeks and got
married with my LP and then back to work in US. And LP got her H-4 visa  
today.)
