12.20日作业Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The next twenty year from now on, students will not use printed books any more. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.（2007.8.4）

      With the rapidly development of economy , advance science and technology can change people’ s life .There is no denying that the inevitable result of society development . Some students use computer finish their homework , paper ,issue and so on. Therefore , I agree with the statement , in twenty years , not only students but also most people will not use printed books any more .

      As far as I am concerned , use printed books are so difficult to find useful information and beneficial material. However , people believe that computer skills will enhance their job opportunities or promotion opportunities. Take one of my person experiences for example. I am a Chinese college student and I want to purpose my postgraduate studies in American. So I took one of the TOEFL crash courses . My English writing teacher , Mr. C.K., asked us to email English essays to his hotmail account .After he revised our compositions, Mr. Shi would send the essays back to our email accounts . This is very convenient and timesaving . If I use printed material is so terrible.

     Another special opinion ,by the use of the Internet and computer skills , people seek information in a faster , cheaper, more convenient and timesaving way . For instance , Suppose I am a businessman and have to keep close track of the fluctuations of stock markets . I am on a business trip and do not have access to The Wall Street Journal or CNN financial news, what do I do ? I will bring out my laptop , connect to the internet , and access wallstreetjournal.com or cnn.com. With a few clicks of the mouse . I can get all the information I want. But printed book can not do this .

    To sum up, People equate success in life with the ability of operating computer. And printed book will disappear in twenty years from now on.

总的来说论据还算充分，但是也有可以反驳的地方，(只是说了电脑有而书本没有的好处，但并不代表这就埋没了出版物的好处，就像你喜欢吃粤菜，但不能说川菜不好吃一样)，不过是托福作文还好啦。
加强语言准确性就好了。
