When it comes to ideas or facts, quite a few people would claim nothing is more important than facts for students to fathom. However, in my opinion, concepts and ideas
First of all, concepts and ideas are to humans what water is to fish, since plenty of established ideas are amazing achievements accumulated by mankind for hundreds years. By learning them efficiently, we humans including students do not repeat our previous history again. For example, the idea of energy constancy is essential for humans’ life. By studying ideas and theories, we would broaden our horizons, ranging from cultural enjoyment to human science. In short, the significance of ideas can never be overweighed.
In addition, concept and ideas are not only the basic materials for our study, but also direct our practical application. Here is an ape example. By studying the boiling point of water, we know why in some mountainous areas, such as in Tibet, water can hardly boiled. It is because the low air pressure that it is next to impossible for us to boil water there. Without the concept, the facts of these phenomena (this phenomenon) would make us confused. Indeed,
Of course, facts, in some circumstances, are important. In my physical class, my professor often lists some typical facts to discuss. In this process, my physical professor fuel our discussion our familiar facts to inspire our creativity, spur our imagination, and buoy up our interest in concluding these facts. Also, facts are the root of our ideas. We humans may explain facts in an inaccurate way, however, fact is always true. It is facts that are the source of humans’ accomplishments.
By and large, hardly any achievements can man reach, without the concepts, no matter how huge the facts exist.
