1.1日作业 agree or disagree that nowadays people are too much emphasized on appearance and fashion.（06.7.15）

With the acceleration of the modern fashion developing, people have various ways to adorn themselves, even by dressing luxurious clothes, using alien makeup, wearing costly jewelry. It is true, in my opinion that more and more people pay too much attention on the appearance, notably the female, and I think people should allocate their money on more important and valuable things.

Although nowadays society makes people available to beauty themselves, and many workplaces requires people to make up, it does not mean that people should put too much emphasized on appearance and fashion，which will lead people to an incorrectly judging way. For example, there are many large-scale car exhibitions in big cities. If you went any one, you can not only see appealing and advanced automobiles with good preferment, but also will be attracted by those beautiful and charming models. Gradually, the public’s focus will transform from the cars to those good-looking, sexual and fashion girls, that is, the beautiful appearance will alter people’s attention from more crucial things.

What’s worse, the modern vogue world also gradually changes our young generations’ attention, whose study is influenced by following the fashion. In order to go with the times, many students, especially those beauty-loving girls, began spend more and more time and money on shopping fashion clothes, cosmetic, ornaments and so on. As a result, they care less about their school works, which is changing bader and bader. It already became a big problem in front of their teachers and parents. The evil fountainhead is people’s vanity on appearance, as well as the fashion current.

In addition, in order to follow the fashion and maintain a good appearance, it is not evitable for people to spend a large amount of money on it, especially those luxurious clothes and jewelries. As far as I am concerted, it is absolutely worthless to spend such much money on these flaunty things, instead, there are many needy persons and significant environmental problems in the world need us to contribute our efforts. However, these places such as Red Cross Organize club, blood donor site, volunteer union, are barely accessed; while the clothes marketplaces, shopping malls, modish stores are crowded all the time. Isn’t it a little ridiculous? Overall, they are all ascribed to people’s overmuch emphasises on appearance and fashion. And I believe that people should pay more attention on those more meaningful things.
