Do you agree or disagree, technology make people’s lives simpler in turn to make people’s lives more complicated.

With the rapid development of technology, more and more psychological and social problems have come into being in our daily lives, so some people advocate that all of these problems result from the advent of technology. As far as I concerned, it is unfair to blame all of problems on technology. In fact technology has brought about more easiness and comfort for us rather than more trouble and pressure.

First of all, technology has played an important role in enriching and improving our lives. With the help of technology, more and more products that are highly related with high-tech have come into our ordinary lives. For example, refrigerators and washing machines have freed people from arduous labor work, which offered us more time to enjoy lives. As for the whole society, the mainstream production has liberated the labors from the numerous hard and even dangerous works and mass intense production has tremendously increased the efficiency and speed. It is due to Watson and Crick’s outstanding work to the discovery field of molecular biology that paved a brand new way to treat the deadly diseases.

Moreover, technology has pushed the transportation and communication forward. Apt illustration involves the Marco Polo, a great adventurer, spent the whole year to travel from Europe to Beijing. But now we will only spend a few hours to fly from Beijing to any cities in the central Europe. With the convenient transportation, the communication between different regions and continents will be more and more frequent in our lives, which will facilitate our economic developments and shorten the cultural gaps. Actually now we can easily enjoy different food and feel varied cultures.

Last but not least, technology has made tremendous contributions in the widely spread of information. We can keep up with the latest news with the advent of satellite transmission. And also we can assess to the Harvard University Library with the introduction of internet even we are separated by the Pacific. We could easily transmit the information with others even without the limitation of language or culture. Technology has turned our dream to build a earth village into reality.

Above all, considering the unprecedented achievement in our lives resulted from technology, so we can justifiably conclude that technology leads to easier and more convenient life style instead of complicated ways.
