第六次作业 agree or disagree: The best way to travel is in a group led by a tour guide.(08.3.2)
Nowadays, people in china are becoming richer and richer, and the attitude to touring, even to going abroad, is turning agreeable. In some families, the family members having a holiday and enjoying themselves in the festival is just
like a routine in the modern society. But, some people like to travel in a group and be offered a service of guide. This mostly happens in the class of the old people for they can not finish their trip by themselves. In another hand, lots of young people want to have their own journey by driving a car in the road or having a long trip on foot. I think the later opinion is to enjoy the independence of a journey and the happiness taken by the wild nature. So, I like to have a travel independent.
The main reason why I advocate the idea that traveling independently is a good way rather than with a guide is the independency. Just like most young people, I maintain the
statement that freedom and independency are the most imperative things in the people’s life. Especially in the modern society, pressures and tension attach to people in any aspects by the order your leader deliver and the complex relationship between people
and people. If we have a vacation, we just want to make everything in peace, so that we can not afford the order stated by the guide in trip. That will
make us crazy. Let’s
move on to the wider themes, what is more, independent traveling is a good chance to take your dream to practice. Why? Because you have so much time to go around and do whatever you want. Just like the free bird, flying and eating in its favorite place and take a break when it tired. Let us bring our discussion to a more present and practical context. It can be given in a concrete example that: My friend, Qi, had a dream from his childhood. That is to the American and traveling the statue of liberty, empire state building, and the white house. Recently, he has made his dream into practice by the independent journey. That is great.
Another essential factor for my perspective is the cost. No one can deny that the cost in the own trip is apparent low to the cost that we pay for the guide. By this money, we can go to more and more places and enroll to the best holiday hotel as a substitution. Obviously, it is imperative to advocate the attitude of tripping ourselves. History is replete with evidences to demonstrate the idea, and in the meanwhile, recent survey will make the point more clearly and acceptable. Over 85.47% young people or juveniles like the independent trip and 35.12% young adults have
attempted journey by themselves and have a willing to try it.
Weighting the cons and pros of the traveling with a guide and by ourselves, I strongly maintain the notion that journey ourselves is not only for the cost that will be saved, but also, for the independency the trip will be took for us.
