However, in recent years, there is controversial topic that speak well is more important than write well. About this issue, I totally disagree. In my point of view, the importance of speak or write depends on what the people's purpose is and their career requirement.

People who have the jobs need communication more through oral skills need to practice their speaking well. Oral speaking in many jobs plays a significant role which could determine their success or failure. As we all know that salesman and attorney are two job need brilliant social skill. Salesmen often spend their all day in introducing and promoting their products. Even their products hold the best quality, poor oral speaking or communication skills would be harmful for their sale. It is the same situation to the attorney who always argues on the court. If they could not narrate and debate reasonably, their parties might be accused or defend legible right could lost their legible right. Thus, speaking is of great importance for them.

People who engage in career need excellent literature skills have to practice their writing well. Within these jobs, literature editing always is key element. There is a historical story that Mendel found peas gene arrangement in his experiment but restricted by his poor writing, he published this profound discovery several years after he found. Recently, this pity story could occur under the intense competition if people's writing is poor. Also, editors’ works for press need exceptional writing skills.
