Have you ever gone through the embarrassing moment on the interview when you are expected to give a wonderful speech but you have nothing to say? Have you ever been aware of the significance of public speech , especially before dozens of eyes staring at you? Nowadays, with the advanced society and the fierce competence among people, the ability of speaking well plays an increasing importance, specially, for the university graduates who are eager to find a admiring position in the job market. However, some people argue that writing well outweighs speaking well. Contrary to their opinion is my heartfelt
that speak perfectly helps us achieve triumph with more ease,

Here I would explain a few of the most important reasons. The main reason is that speak excellently provides us with more opportunities. If we want to push forward some research proposal, we need somebody support us; If we want to run some position in school government, we need somebody back us; If we want to a harmonious dormitory atmosphere, we need somebody comprehend us. Take me as an example,fortunately and honorably, I was selected as the president of student union, my job require me to give speech in front of many people frequently. Heavily involved in different activities and commonly arranged to speak in public area prepared myself as a person with good speaking skills, on the other hand, made my job smooth and successful. It is brillant speaking that intestify my capacities and guanrentee my chance to search for a good working opportunity in future.

There is another factor that deserves some words here. likewise, common sense tells us that speaking well can help us evolved into a strange circumstance easily. intellegent although we may be, if we keep silence , how could people get to know us ?An example speaks louder than tedious reasoning. When a ledgendary, well-reapected journalist, Mr Ted Koppel came to my school to select someone to assist him with the documentary he made for Chinese goverment, I was confident and talked about my srongpoints on the interview.Thanks to the speaking, I was provied with the golden chance to work with Mr Ted Koppel.

I have to admit that writing skills accomodate us with deep understanding of the world around us. Notwithstanding, we can not expect everyone to be a writer. What is more, the advantages of  good writing can not compete with the benifits nice speaking brings to us in our daily life.

In a nutshell, weigh all the pros and cores, we should focus more on  good speaking than writing, when more opportunities and quick recognization are taken into consideration. So I can not find any excuse to deny the statment that speaking is more important than wrting.
