I think you've got a wrong focus.

The integral part for your success of application lies not in the score of your Toefl or GRE, but how you present yourself in your portfolio, recommendation letters and personal statement plus personal history. (I got scores similar in Toefl and a lower GRE of yours and I still got an offer witih fellowship for MArch option 2 on 2009)

i think you should research on what the focuses are for Berkeley (and they are different against other top school in US), and then you will know what kind of students it wants as intakes
In my honest opinion, I think for Master of Architecture, they are seeking students which are design savvy and have an interest in both digital design and environmental issues, may it be social, ecological or urban. They are free in letting students pursue their own interests and are less concerned on cool forms liek Sci-Arc or UCLA. But as I know, there's another thing which its its strong culture of inter-disciplinary design. According to a professor in Berkeley, students and professors have joint appoinments in multiple departments.

It is also helpful to research deeper into their Faculty and see if there's any one of those whose interests fits you.

As I've read posts on www.archinect.com about Berkeley MArch, I feel they want really diversifying students with different instresests and focus. So there's no definite answer but see if you've got works and interests similar to their students or Faculty, it should give you a greater chance of entry.
