There are openings for Ph.D. students interested in working with Dr.
Georgios Veronis (http://www.ece.lsu.edu/gveronis/) starting in Fall of
2009. Applicants with strong background in electromagnetics, optics, and
photonics are especially encouraged to apply. Experience with theoretical
and/or computational modeling of electromagnetic and/or photonic devices
will be considered a plus. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in
electrical/electronic engineering, physics, applied physics or equivalent.
Applicants with a Masters degree are preferred.
