Application for Admission
A grade point average of at least 3.0 (A = 4.0) is normally expected as well as satisfactory scores on the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE).
Students applying for admission to the Master of Planning, Master of Planning and Development Studies or the Master of Real Estate Development program may also submit either the Graduate Management Administration Test (GMAT) or the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).

如果我没看错的话～～～ 不是GRE+GMAT都要考？！！！！
这岂不是很痛苦～～～
