Nowadays, many students think their teacher pays his according to their performance. This is not rare, but in the contrary, it has become a common phenomenon in the senior school. So, we need to put our attention into this problem immediately, and change this situation definitely.

I think the reason why teachers always evaluate the goodness or badness of their students is banding with the legislation made by the education department. No one wants to put some stress into the kids, but they have no choice. The first is because their performance, or in other word, the salary they will be got is based on the score their students will make in the university entrance examination. So, they have to order their students to study hardly. To some extent, they use the psychological method to beat or insult the kids in order to make them fight, and finally spend more and more time on learning.
Another essential reason is the quality of the teachers we cultivated. It is said that be a teacher, in some university, is not as good as the lawyer and doctor. So some teacher’s quality is finite and their attitude to their students is rude or offensive. In a government survey, over 50% maltreat kid issue is because the teacher’s rude and aggressive action, and over 80% senior students consider their teacher is not a good standard for their future development. So, in my opinion, changing the quality of the teacher is an emergency that we need to do now. If we want our kids have a good psychology or gentle behavior in the future, we must do is to modify the teacher’s select system. Only by doing this, can we forecast a brighten future.
In the statement that I advocated in this topic, I maintain the idea that we need to evaluate the system which used to select the teachers. In the other hand, modify the legislation which levels our teachers performance is another equally action that we need to do immediately.
