With ever increasing advancement in economic ,more and more private cars are flourishing in city streets,making the current heavy traffic more inconvenient .considering such situation, I am favour in this proposal to smooth our traffic congestion.

To begin with, we have to admit that traffic problems in some major cities is a crucial nuisance.environment pollution,car accidents and other social problems are due to the growing number of vehicles on the road.if such advice that drivers should be allowed to pay a fee to run during the rush hours is executed appropriately.There may be fewer cars and less traffic jams.In the past ,people are encouraged to purchase private cars to benefit the society development,and there are few restrictions to regulate our users .Since traffic problem has become the most threaten to our life .Relevant enactment enforced is more urgent for any authorities.

Additionally,The accumulated funds could be used to improve the present public transport system .such as building subway, overpass and increasing the city bus routes are all considerable solutions.If more people prefer to choose those vehicles, the number of cars would simultaneously descend gradually .thus,gas exhausted into the air will undoubtedly become less than before.In the meantime ,less green gas emission means awkward temperature rise will slow down,which is a thorny problem around the world.besides,The fewer quantities of automobiles on the crowd road,The lower accident frequency in our life .as we all know ,a stable and peaceful atmosphere is the most important aspect of building a harmonious society.

Moreover ,before such bill come into effect,A survey of public opinion should be made to gather suggestions in order to warrant most people’s intrest.for instance,how to judge the exact fee of different kinds of automobiles , the schedule and route which are all important factors to make this advice to serve our demands.after all. We must care about drivers obligations as well as rights.

In brief, Every single person should try best to back up this statement considering the serious situation we faced every day.Paying extra is both benefit individuals and society.
