Living room in a two-bedroom apartment at Canal Square will be available at the begining of July. The campus is right across the apartment and definitely within walking distance. The living room is $335+1/3 electricity+1/3 internet. We want a long term lease and dislike moving in and out. I'm a law school student, spending most of my time in school;my roommate is an undergraduate student in BME. We are looking for a non-smoking, quiet and responsible female to share the apartment. No party animals. No pet. The living room is furnished with simple furniture, bed, chair, small tables, lamps etc. We have airconditioner, washer, dryer and all the kitchen stuff. So if you are new here, don't worry about furniture. We have almost everything for you. Basically, what you need is to bring your personal belongings.
