People are growing concerned that our daily lives are teeming with variety kinds of video productions. Although the video cameras have been used all around the world, compared with written record, it is unpersuasive to consider it as an implement to reflect the contemporary life


Even if the video cameras can present intact images to public view on the screen, this is not to say that they are convincing records of human activities, for the simple reason that the technology of video perfection makes it difficult to judge whether an image is a true or false one. Generally, people to some extent have a kind of mentality that seeing is believing. However, the public thought is sometimes misled by some illegal dealers, who using this kind of technology to magnify their products in front of the camera instead of demonstrating the realities. These are so-called mendacious advertisements used to deceive consumers in order to gain more benefits.

Moreover, the use of video camera may bring out encroachments to numerous culture relics and vital literature. When visiting to a national museum where taking photos are forbidden, some people who disregard the discipline may utilize the camera in mobile phone to take photos for a historical document without permission. If the photos were transferred to a wicked dealer, the culture inheritance recorded in it would be copied and fabricated in a great deal to cheat collectors.

On the other hand, the video camera has widely appeared in the filmdom, whose production is regarded as one of the artistic reflections of contemporary life. When watching a film in the cinema, audiences merely pay attention to how splendid the imaginations are and how the actor exhibits his/her individual fascination (现在的商业电影内容过于空洞乏味，instead, 他们完全由splendid images 组成。先贬。). They neglect the fluctuant evolvement of the film’s plots, so （主语）cannot understand the real intention of the director. In a professional point of view, when an inspiring and enlightened event happened, those people who attempt to consider carefully in mind and note their train of thought are more humanistic than those who simply record the insipid realities in their cameras. Based on the fact that there are differences of comprehension between each individual, not all the people could gain sufficient enlightenments from imaginations recorded by video camera. Thus, the combinations of written records and video clips to help explain the profound meanings become an indispensable method.

In our daily lives, watching the records by video camera is such a convenient method to obtain(为后面铺垫，这里获得的信息并不是完全的sufficient) information that people are ignorant of the effects of book. Yet, whatever it maybe, written record is not only the vital way in building human mentality but also a way to accelerate the development of the society. Therefore it is illegitimate to judge that the records provided by video camera are more important than the written records.
