I strongly agree with that the primary goal of technological advancement should be to increase,people's efficiency  which means that the country and world can make  great progress and people will live a more comfortable life. but I don`t commit that making everyone have more leisure time is it`s primary goal.
提纲：1. as the main power of fevelopment of society, the technology greatly increased  the people`s effiency-The introduction of diesel locomotives. Another  striking example is the automation of industrial  production.
       2. with development of technology, people`s level has also been improved grestly,for example ,more and more electronic machines .(washing  machines ,microwave ovens, refrigerators and personal computer)
