In my opinion, effective education depend not only on meeting the individual needs but also on meeting the needs of most people. Next, I will show my opinion about this issue.

This subject have a good effect because most students attending this subject like the style of learning knowledge from compute games. From this example, we can see when students motivate to study, they will make full use of the educational resources and learn well. The effective education meeting the individual needs also help us to prepare well to work well in the future. The specific study can help us to learn specialized knowledge or experience in single area we want to get in. If all of us learn the same without anything special, if any work everybody can do it, that means we can do nothing. But sometimes the education meets the individual need and interests of each student have many defects. Firstly, most of time the resource of education is limited, it is unrealistic to lay out plans for teaching and allocate educational resource for every student according to their individual interests. Secondly, most of students don't know their interests at the beginning of their learning life and it lasts for a long time. Thirdly, the subjects we interested maybe not good for us after a while. For our society, effective means make the most benefits with full use of resources in harmony. So we can conclude that the ideal situation is individual will reinforce his ability in his interesting places to make benefits for his work and society.
