In modern time with the development of technology, all faculties with no denying should enhance the understanding of the whole spirit of the course. The statement mentions that working outside academic world in profession relevant to the course leads to the quality of instruction. However, it remains to be seen that whether the outside academic work helps in the understanding of the course. Moreover, whether the quality of instruction depends on the faculty remains vague.

Firstly, the issue above fail to provide a clearly definition of outside academic world. Does it only suggest the cooperation of the affairs which in need of all the concerning subjects. Since the distribution of the subjects and the courses still seem a little bit confused, it is difficult for anyone to tell which part is included in the certain academic world. Therefore, the so called outside academic work may still have something same in the inside academic field. Moreover, if the outside academic work does have no connection with the academic fields, all the phenomena and conclusion we find out may of no value since we have no conception of the concerning subjects. To make things worse, it may lead to an unavoidable misunderstanding of the concept of the academic field.

Secondly, since the main purpose is to improve the quality of instruction, various aspects should be concerned. What the faculties provide should not be limited to the understanding of the course. For instance, without the logical sentence making and fluent speaking, nothing can be taught clearly. Without the humorous language and the rhythm of the expression, the instruction can’t be appealing. The combination of the teaching methods and the master of the certain course is of vital importance.

Undoubtedly, the very nature of the statement is to help the faculty in the teaching criteria. Yet its rationality and feasibility (合理性和可行性)should be fully considered.


上午学校最后一门终于考完，下面的时间可以安心用来准备aw~

其实我这篇分了好几次来写（都是在准备考试之余），每次写的时候都列了下提纲，下午汇总的时候发现每次都有不同的想法，另外有些是晚上躺床上没事干想到的，当时觉得不错，可惜没记下来，现在也全部忘光光了。。。

至于语言方面没有强求去用高档的词汇，个人认为平淡的表述中运用几句或几个特别的词汇可以有些突兀，所以先这么将就着，遣词造句还需多多积累。

开头一段背景寒暄完了后however接的就是两句话就分别对应了第二第三段。

第二段就不说了
第二句whether the quality of instruction depends on the faculty remains vague.我想表达的是大学的教学质量，是不是仅仅依靠教员的花一定时间到学术领域以外去参加和他们所教科目相关的工作就能够改善的。（这句话我写的确实有问题）第三段的意思是不是说其他方式也能提高教学质量，而是所谓的其它方式和这项工作是相互牵制的，随便缺了哪一个教学质量也不能提高。所以只有在教育的表达方式和上课的方式没有问题的前提下，题论才能够成立。

第三段没举例子还有字数问题是因为我比较懒，表达因果关系的时候用了太多的since也是因为懒。。。

至于用词方面，确实有待提高。

花了一个上午就写了个开头。。。

IF you want to persuade the faculty to make difficult choices in order to tackle instruction quality, it helps to make clear precisely how their sight and experience might be affected by academic work. Although instruction quality plausibly depends on the work outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach, it remains to be seen how the outside academic work impact on the understanding of the course.（我写的比较含蓄，不是很确定这个开头能不能表达我的观点）
