A single room available in Boston!!

There is a large furnished room in a two-bedroom two bathroom apartment near UMASS Boston/JFK for rent for a single only.This room is facing south at the third floor, with centralair-conditioner, sunny and very comfortable. This apartment is only 2minutes walk to the beach, very nice beach view. The apartmentcommunity is very safe, with 24 hours police patrol.

You willshare this room with a very nice couple (one at MIT and one at UMassBoston). This apartment is just beside the UMass Boston, with less than5 minutes walk to the compus center, less than 10 minutes walk to theRed Line T station at UMASS/JFK. So it is very convenient to go out bytrain (subway). Since we have a car, for those without car, we wouldlike to offer free ride to Chinatown or nearby shopping center forshopping every week.

The rent is $700 + utility (about $50 orless, electricity + internet, with telephone which can call back chinawithout any time and minutes limit).

拜托，怎么什么都往最坏的想呢？我住的社区就在学校后边, 全地毯，中央空调，离地铁走路10分钟，2－bedroom的房子没有1600,1700以上根本租不到，你可以打电话给leasing office问价格啊。
下面这个网址有它的介绍。我找国内要过来的学生是因为我们已经有所有的家具了，包括大queen size床（双人的，1米5乘以1米8的），书桌，椅子等等。来的roommate只需要拿包入住就好了，而且时间比较近了，才听朋友介绍来这个网站看一下，发一下的。我们在美国5年了，没有想过要去赚你这每月100美元的什么差价，这边的房价只要说出来，在波士顿的朋友都是心里有数的。呵呵，不过感谢您帮我把帖子顶上来哦～～
