Why people visit museums?
Many people visit museums when they travel to new places. Why do you think people visit museums?

Over the last thousands of years the amount of changes people are subjected to in their daily life increased dramatically. How could we, people living in the modern society, learn daily life in the past, turning point in history, achievement from those immortal celebrities? Meanwhile, how could we upgrade the admiration about our being and then encourage our action? The answer is visiting the museum.


Many people travel to new places for lots of reasons, sometimes for being attracted by the natural beauty in that resort, or addicted in shopping in the modern malls. The reason may different from individual to individual, however, the majority will not forget to pay a visit at the museum there.


First of all, museum is one of the best places knowledge us what's happened in the past and broaden our horizon. As the pace of society growing faster, people are usually too hasty to pay attention at other walks of life, or at least the history of other career. For example, a mathematician, expert in mathematical area, may know nothing about who is the first women fly across the Pacific. But the museum will tell her\him. You may say that’s not a big deal, but that's just a simple example. When it comes to the cross-disciplines, history may play an important roll, mathematics and physics, art and engineering, and so on. Thus, pay a visit to museum and learn knowledge from other disciplines, or similar discipline in different area may enlighten you, not only daily life but also your career.


In addition, bringing the youth to museums in different area may bright the future of children. Tell the story about Abraham Lincoln when standing in front of the statue to your baby boy, and he will remember it for a life time. Since he will learn that a person who does great things will be immortal in everyone's memory. At the same time, children could choose which major or career he\she most interest in, pilot like Wright Brothers, or scientist like Albert Einstein, and so on. In general, children could choose what are they most interested in and who is the most admirable people. That's encouraging for the future of the children.


The final destiny for people travelling to new places may different, however, the majority will not forget to visit the local museum.
