背单词要掌握一种节奏，要用一种积极的心态去背，说着很简单，却显然不是所有人都可以做到的

每个人都有属于自己的那种记忆节奏的，摸准规律了，你会事半功倍

简单点说吧，就是要掌握自己的记忆饱和状态，学会调节，比如看看economist或者time，让自己仍然停留在英文思路的一个范畴内，但是不必纠结于words，你可以看sentences甚至是paragraph，这种节奏只有自己能摸索出来，加油~
