1) if telling the truth for our friends' own good, then that doesn't mean that the friendship will be destoryed. On the other hand, our friends may benefit from it and the friendship will porbably getting more solid.

2)What if we are aware of our friends' mistake and pretending to be unknown, and our friends suffers a great lost due to that mistake? That must be even worse than hearing something unpleasant from our friends.

3)If a friend choose to be angry about my advice, which is cruel but right, then the friend himself is too naive and short-sighted, who just want to hear the good words and ignore their own mistakes.

I do not agree with the statement. I think one should make any decision alone, let alone important ones. But what I really mean is one should listen to as many as possible suggestions from various groups of people before they make the decision. And then when it is time to bring out the decision, one should give the decision by themselves.

reasons as follows:
1, the suggestions given by others are always limited and local. for example, if one wants to start an company, then the suggestions from home, classmates, and friends whose major is market-related are always different and with limitations. we cannot exclusively listen to any part. instead we should synthesize diverse aspects to reach a proper decision according to our own situation.

2, the decision is related to one own business, so we one should be responsible for his own decision. during one's life, there are not so many chances to make important decisions. and at such critical moment, we should decide by ourselves how to go and what to do. for example, a high school student who is going to attend university chooses major.

3, but what we should keep in mind is we must gather as much as information to make important decisions. otherwise we will make mistake and regret. for example, ahout whether going abroad for university.

at the beginning, i do not agree with this point,although speak well is a good quality for moder society, well, we should not overlook the importance of the write. there are 3 reasons to bolster my argue.
1.writing could reveal ones ability at both reading and thinking. If a people only could speak well,but cannot write well,it will cause the other people's doubt that there maybe some flaws with this people's ability.
2.write well could help a person in his or her career, the documents, the plans, and also the decisions need the staff or the secretary who could well manage the write.

1) people who travel to new places always want to have some ideas of the place, such as the history of the place and special objects unique to the place. while the local mesuems just exhibit such objects. for example, shaanxi history museum.

I agree with the opinon that the ability to cooperate with others is both  important at today  and in the past .It is universally acknowledged that the cooperation is significant on our process for achieving success at today except some those people who have a enough ability to solve the problems themselves.It is necessary for ue to take a look at this problem respectively.

Comparing with the advantages and the disadvantages of these two choices,no doubtly,I perfer to be self employed and operate my own busniess,rather than work for others.There are compelling reasons for me to draw this conclusion.As I will discuss below.
1 To begin with,we can not neglect if we choose the career of our own,we have to burden more pressure you have never imaged.Make the last desicion is always the most difficult things for a leade.Even worse,you may go to find a psychologist to comfort you.(这自己发散的，怪异吧）
