这个没听怎么清楚,大意弄明白了,其他好多细节有很多偏差。
The current digital motto(理解成了modal “information wants to be free” is creating many unanticipated consequences. Here’s a recent(混淆了) one concerning psychology.

Last month a Canadian physician posted to Wikipedia(没想到是维基百科,只知道是出版物) all 10 inkblots(没听懂) of the Rorschach test. After all, the images were made publicly available more than 30 years ago.

The test, perhaps surprisingly given its controversial history, is still used to decipher various psychoses. A person’s interpretation of the inkblot can lead to a conclusion of schizophrenia(精神分裂症), bipolar disorder(没理解)
or borderline personality.

But along with the inkblots came captions posted by an Italian Wikipedia editor listing the most popular answers to what people see in the cryptic symmetrical images (for example, moths, various sea creatures,
beastly skin.)

And we all know that having the answers before a test renders it futile. A debate has erupted with Wiki editors removing, and then quickly replacing, the images.

So Wikimedia administrators are currently restricting edits to the page until disputes are settled. For now though, the frozen page reveals all inkblots(没听出来) and answers.

Of course this leads one to think, what about other psychological tests, like the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory or the Beck Depression Inventory—what happens when their popular answers are revealed?

The doctor who posted the inkblots supported his argument with a nod to the optometric Snellen eye chart(视力表都没听出来) (it starts with that big letter E) which is posted on Wikipedia. People could study it to pass their driving exam. But it has not been taken down. Yet.

In 1900 legendary physicist Max Planck described the way energy gets dissipated from any nonreflective object, called a blackbody. But even Max(听成了mars said if something else is really, really close to the object, his law might not hold.(听成了told

Now physicists from M.I.T. have finally shown that if you can get another object near enough to the blackbody, but still not touching it, Planck’s blackbody radiation law really does break down. Which is good news for you.

A friend’s four year old daughter( recently complained to me about how badly her mosquito bite itched. She was about to burst into tears. The fact that an uncomfortable itchy sensation can drive many of us to distraction led many scientists to believe that the nervous system deals with itch much as it does pain. Others spent years looking, unsuccessfully, for neurons that tell us to scratch rather than that we just hurt.

Now, according to a study in the August 7th issue of the journal Science, researchers say they’ve finally found specific itch neurons in mice. They located them in the mouse spinal cord by following up on previous research that showed that some mice respond to itchy stimuli more than others.

When scientists knocked out the itch neurons, the mice no longer had the urge to scratch in response to known itchy stimulus. But they could still sense and avoid pain, showing that itch and pain are processed independently. The researchers hope that these findings could eventually lead to better treatments for chronic itch, by targeting the specific biochemical pathways(没听出来是什么) involved. As for the four-year-old? She forgot about her itchy bug bite as soon as lunch arrived.
