In my view, no matter what the political leaders do their main purpose is to protect the people of his country out of the disasters and make the people have a peaceful life. This can be illustrated in many ways. The country government establish many laws, so that there will be fewer people doing damage to the community. And also This can ensure the happy life of the normal people not to be broken.

First of all, the leaders have the necessary to withdraw the information that have bad effect on our spiritual and physically life. We can not focus on our everyday life with too much bad things happening around. The leaders can make a decision to withdraw them. For example, the internet is well developed and bring great benefit to our life, but at the same time, the internet is filled with useless and even harmful information, which can do damage to our spiritual life and sometimes can even destroy a person physically. The government really needs to withdraw them to ensure the normal life of the people.

However, There are also some information that the leaders really shouldn't withdraw, such kinds of information are necessary for the people to protect them from the disasters. Because there can be many disasters that the leaders can do nothing to prevent but to inform the people to avoid it, such as the nature disasters and big abrupt out of control. The earthquake happened last year in China has done great damage to the local people as is known to us. However, I think what the political leaders have done have lower the bad influence. Once the earthquake happened, the leaders fly there and make the decision to inform all the people in the whole nation to participate in the work.

Another example is the infectious disease, such as SARS, spread all around the earth. The government has the necessary to inform the human beings on the earth to prevent it from spread further. We cannot think what can happen if the government withdraw this important information. It is possible that our human can disappear as a result of the disease.
