大家看下面，真的可能吗？NTU我都是代替考试+面试搞定的。华威他们之前联系招办的，都说了不行，不知这次葫芦里卖的什么药。

Since Warwick do not accept my overdue toefl score and I do not have time and energy for that again , I can not apply your PhD. By the way, I got a fellowship in NTU in Singapore. Even though I prefer to study in UK in your group, I have to accept NTU offer.
