I agree with speaker's conclusion that government should pay more attention on the immediate problems rather than the anticipated problem. The contrary view may reveal that anticipated problems which concern with the future of human being are more worthy of more attention. However, in my view, while necessarily through solving the anticipated problems can government
make a sustainable development of society and environment,  it is obligatory by emphasising on the immediate problems that we could pave the way for the solution of anticipated problem.

Undoubted, stable and sustainable development is a everlasting goal of  every countries, which requires the government's long-term investment and sufficient attention on the anticipated problems. After all, it is our duty to be responsible for our future generation and leave them a healthy developing society and environment. As a supportive examples, the searching for alternative energy, which could solve the possible shortage of traditional energy in the future, has aroused attention of many countries. The widely investigation on the alternative energy which is beneficial for both our generation and the generation that follows illustrates that focusing on the anticipated problems is an inexorable trend.

However, solving the anticipate problems is not a house without its ground base. And the foundation is a stable and prosperous society that can be built only by solving the immediate problems. Just as the example of alternative energy shows that nearly all the countries which have enough funds and talented researchers to invest in it are developed countries. It is difficult to imagine the governments of some African countries which suffer from famine or the government of Iraq in a war to focus on the environmental problems of the future generation.

In addition, even in the developed countries, the immediate problems relevant to people's survive deserve the government's immediate and urgent attention. Without enough attention on it, the society are likely to go into a instable condition: the government is no long being trusted and the people find their own way to survive. After all, the immediate problems are tightly connected with everyone's daily life. Here is a typical example to support my view. Unemployment,  the headache of each government, is a universal and immediate problem that could cause workers' discontent of the government and finally lead to a large scale demonstration, just as in the France and Britain recently. It shows that it is not the anticipate problem, but rather immediate problem that the individuals expect more to be solved by the government.

To sum up, immediate problems associate with one's everyday life and anticipated problems connect with one's future. To truly achieve a better future, we should improve our living condition of today first and this need the government to focus more on solving the immediate problems.

I agree (后面的话看出其实也并不是完全同意,此处agree前可加个fundamentallybasicallywith speaker's conclusion that government should pay more attention on the immediate problems rather than the anticipated problem. The contrary view may reveal that anticipated problems which concern with the future of human being are more worthy of more attention. (这句话只是说出反面观点,并未给出评价)However, in my view, while necessarily through导致此句话无主语 solving the anticipated problems can government make a sustainable development of society and environment, it is obligatory by emphasising (emphasizing) on the immediate problems that we could pave the way for the solution of anticipated problem.

Undoubted
undoubtedly, stable and sustainable development is a everlasting goal of every countries, which requires the government's long-term investment and sufficient attention on the anticipated problems. After all, it is our duty to be responsible for our future generation and leave them a healthy developing society and environment. As a supportive examples example, the searching for alternative energy(想法好), which could solve the possible shortage of traditional energy in the future, has aroused attention of many countries. The widely investigation on the alternative energy which is beneficial for both our generation and the generation that follows illustrates that focusing on the anticipated problems is an inexorable trend.

However, solving the anticipate problems is not a house without its ground base(地道说法应为a castle in the air. And the foundation is a stable and prosperous society that can be built only by solving the immediate problems.可以修改一下和上一句联系更紧密些 Just as the example of alternative energy shows that nearly all the countries which have enough funds and talented researchers to invest in it are developed countries. It is difficult to imagine the governments of some African countries which suffer from famine or the government of Iraq in a war to focus on the environmental problems of the future generation.

In addition, even in the developed countries, the immediate problems relevant to people's survive deserve the government's immediate and urgent attention. It shows that it is not the anticipated problem, but rather immediate problem that the individuals expect more to be solved by the government.(举例切合实际,不错)

To sum up, immediate problems associate with one's everyday life and(建议改为while) anticipated problems connect with one's future. To truly achieve a better future, we should improve our living condition of today first and this need the government to focus more on solving the immediate problems.
总体尚可,如果能加上点从侧面说anticipated problems就更完整了
