关于ISSUE130的看法（算是破题吧）虽然看起来不难写

130."How children are socialized today determines the destiny of society. Unfortunately, we have not yet learned how to raise children who can help bring about a better society."
前一句的中文翻译（黄皮书）大概是这个样子：孩子的社会化程度决定了社会的命运

一个socialize 一个社会化，比较容易让人想到社交之类的东西，那么这对社会的将来并没那么决定性的作用（至少我这么认为）。但社会化这东西是raise就可以的么？孩子的主动性还要占很大一部分吧，怎么就能扯到第二句有关educate呢？

关键：题目的socialize是被动。
查字典socialize发现：被动用法不完全是社会化，不是跟人打交道
牛津：
being socialized: children are taught to behave in ways that are acceptable to the society
朗文：
[usually passive] to train someone to behave in a way that is acceptable in the society they are living in

其实being socialized本身就包含了educate ，自然就跟第二句有很强的关联了，貌似是个因果吧
这个题目很大程度上是一个moral instruction
那么，how children are socialized 也就对社会的将来非常重要了

说实话 “社会化”这个翻译还是比较misleading的.. 文章中当然可以写还需要社交，不过那似乎不是重点了
