这个题不知道怎么下手，我写提纲的时候发现，有四个事实，但是反驳起来3个事实都貌似有一个共同的原因就是;大医院毕竟去的人多，去的也基本都是重病。。所以导致了1。小医院呆的平均时间短 2。小医院治愈率没有大医院高 3。小医院平均每个人配备的医务人员少  那应该怎么展开啊？

"At the small, nonprofit hospital in the town of Saluda, the average length of a patient's stay is two days; at the large, for-profit hospital in the nearby city of Megaville, the average patient stay is six days. 1.S 2days vs. M 6days stay
2.S twice cure rate than M
3.more employees per patients in S than M (楼主这里理解错了，貌似。。)
4.few complaints about S（注意。这里没有比较级。。）
以上4点都为了说明S更经济更高质量than M.

你所说的确实是一个原因，但是当联系那个结论看的时候。是不是不太一样了？
注意两个结论点1.economical 2.quality
分别就是要从以上4点和这两点的联系上来说。
