Although new leadership will bring revitalization to the profession,the old leadership actually has more experience about the
profession.However,I think no matter the old or the new leadership,only the one who have the new mind and something else will
keep one profession vital.
Admittedly,when a new leadership begins his/her career,it is sure that he/she will bring something distinguished with the old
one.It may be called revitalization in the author's issue.But if a new leadership doesn't change anything specially in the
enterprise,using only the old mode and way,he will not revitalize it in fact.In contrary,an old leadership,who practise new
measures in the enterprise,will revitalize the enterprise.
In addition,the old leadership has much more experience than the new one and he/she will be sure that more familiar with the
enterprise.When managing a enterprise,the old one doesn't need a time to acquaint the management system and people who work
there,he can distribute the every work in a best way.A changeless leadership is always using in the special time.For
instance,during the second World War,Roosevelt as a president who continued for four times,brought Americans to pass the hard
time.Still a new one has its adavantages,a new leadership is not familiar with the old way,so he/she may distribute people
and work in a new way,it is a better way when the emplyees are bored about the old way.
Either the new one or the old one should revitalize their mind,so the enterprise will be revitalization.A powerful leadership
is the one who has real ability of management.We shouldn't judge them only according to whether he/she is an old leadership
of a new one.We should evaluate by the achivement they did.
